Mary Ann Haney, age 77, of Bloomington, IN, passed away Sunday July 18, 2010. She was born May 9, 1933 in Freelandville, IN to Louis and Bertha (Steinmeier) Winter. She was an Operator for Indiana Bell for many years, and she attended Ellettsville First Assembly. Her husband of many years, Robert Haney, preceded her in death August 20, 1997. Mary is survived by her son, Kevin (Andrea) Perdue and their children, Alex and Shelby, and her daughter, Kandace Haney. Mary and her husband also opened their door to three girls she called her adoptive daughters; Barbara (Del) Bryars, Leann (Matt) Corbin, and Angel (Tracy) Yoder; grandchildren, Scott, Kaytlynne and Andrianna Bryars and Samantha Slater. A Celebration of Life Service will be Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Ellettsville First Assembly with Pastor Doug Carter officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Ellettsville First Assembly Building Fund, 121 E. Association St. Ellettsville, IN 47429.
