Mary Elizabeth Keag, Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025. She was 97 years old. Mary was born in Indianapolis, IN to her parents Lockwood McCoy and Ella McCoy-Marsh. Mary married her husband, Robert Keag, and together they shared 51 years of marriage.
Mary spent most of her time with her husband in Arizona where she worked as a secretary for a trucking company for the majority of her adult life. Mary was also known to enjoy volunteering at hospitals throughout her life in Arizona and while she lived in Indiana. Mary was a member of the Prospect Lodge Eastern Star. She enjoyed staying active with bike riding, needle point, and scrapbooking. Mary will be dearly missed by those she leaves behind.
Mary is survived by her niece and nephew, Nancy Simpson and Joseph Whitlow; her great nieces and nephews, Kelly, Robert, Angie, Christopher, and Tony.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Keag.
