Mary Lou Klopp, 82, of Franklin, died at her home Sunday, February 1, 2009. Mary Lou was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 11, 1926. She has lived in Franklin most of her adult life after being reared in Ohio. She attended both the Franklin and Whiteland Church of Christ. Surviving are one son: Paul E. Klopp. Five daughters: Patricia J. Elswick, Donna Marie Conover, Connie McKee, Marilyn Ann Sims, and Lydia Cousineau. Thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. One brother: Edward F. Miller. A very good friend: Ella Mae Dixon. She is preceded by a daughter: Raejean Wilhite, her husband Raymond E. Klopp and a grandchild Mary Beth Wilhite. Family will receive friends 4-8 PM Wednesday, February 4. Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM Thursday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial may be given to the American Cancer Society.
