Mary Ellen Smith, 81, of Indianapolis, IN passed away March 17, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital. Born September 18, 1934 in Carthage, IN, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Stella (Porter) Loveall. She married Wayne C. Smith on March 11, 1951 in Carthage. She worked as an administrative clerk for CSX Railroad and retired after twenty four years of service. She enjoyed traveling, visiting Casinos, and loved spending time with her family.
Survivors are; her husband Wayne; three daughters, Nancy Hunt, Bonnie (Mike) Mayer, and Mary (Brian) Bevers; three brothers, Kenneth, Bill, and Paul Loveall; two sisters, Alberta and Betty Jean Loveall; five Grandchildren; eighteen Great Grandchildren, and one Great - Great Granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters. Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
