Mary Lou Fox, age 83, of Franklin, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin. Mary Lou was born May 9, 1932 in Lanesville, IL to Thomas Steven and Vina Ellen (Rankin) Mulcahy. She was a graduate of Tri-City High School in Buffalo, IL with the Class of 1950. She married Donald Wayne Fox in February, 1955 and he preceded her in death. Mary Lou was an avid reader who loved to garden. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and she will be missed by her family and friends.

Mary Lou is survived by her son, Michael Fox, of Franklin; sister, Caroline Carson, of Springfield, IL; grandchildren, Heather (Lacey) O''Neil of Cary, NC and Krista Fox, of New Whiteland; many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded by her parents; brothers, Tom, Bob and Bill Mulcahy; sister, Donna Beggs.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 16, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service in the funeral home.
