Mary Jane Shelton Huffman, 80, of Indianapolis, passed away December 15, 2012 in the Yellow Rose Unit of Methodist Hospital. The daughter of John and Ethel Little Shelton, Mary was born December 15, 1932 in Indianapolis.
A homemaker, she worked in janitorial for the Indianapolis Public School System.
Mary is survived by daughter, Cathy (Jimmy) Hemmelman of Simpsonville, Kentucky; sister, Billie Cox of McCordsville; granddaughter, Josette (Rick) Stephenson of Ladoga; five great grandchildren, Steven Chadd Gleason, Dalyn Farris, Mary Hernandez, Anthony Hernandez and Alyssia Hernandez; three great-great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Huffman; brother, Jack Shelton; sisters, Betty Nokes and Shirley Bailey and granddaughter, Shelly Rosario.

Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood is assisting with arrangements. Inurnment at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
