Maxine Campbell Fugate, 75, of Indianapolis, passed away October 6, 2012. The daughter of Saul Campbell and Adious (Niece) Campbell Gibson, Maxine was born May 8, 1937 in Devonshire, Kentucky.
After many years, she retired as a punch press operator with Indus Wheel.
Services 12:00 noon Wednesday, October 10, 2012 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
Maxine is survived by son, Michael, Jay and David Fugate, all of Indianapolis; daughters, Adious York and Annette Caudill, both of Indianapolis, Shirley Fugate and Connie Duncan, both of Spencer and Melissa Rockelman of Smith Station, Alabama; twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, Green and two brothers and three sisters.
