Michael Jay Blanton's Obituary
Michael Jay Blanton, age 54, of Greenwood, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Michael was born December 26, 1960 in Corbin KY to John H. and Wanda Faye (Hensley) Blanton.
Michael is survived by his father, John; son, John Michael Blanton; sister, Shari (Patrick) Endris. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 22, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Little Red Door or Riley Hospital for Children.
