Michael "Mike" Alan Gale November 4, 1961 – June 28, 2026.

Michael "Mike" Alan Gale, of Greenwood, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the age of 64.

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on November 4, 1961, Mike was the son of Jack and Leritta Gale. He graduated from Decatur High School in 1980 and married Cheryl on March 6, 1981. They shared 45 years of marriage.

Mike was a businessman and entrepreneur, serving as CEO of Gale Engineering, working as a broker and contractor for Greenwood Home, and owning Daylight Donuts with Cheryl for seven years. He retired in 2016 and enjoyed flipping homes, remodeling projects, and using his handyman skills.

Above all, Mike loved his family. He especially cherished being a grandfather to Cooper and enjoyed traveling with Cheryl. His strength, humor, and warm personality will be deeply missed.

Mike is survived by his wife, Cheryl; his mother, Leritta Gale; his children, Matthew Gale and Jacqueline "Jackie" (Cory) Wilson; his grandson, Cooper Wilson; his cat, Sopheea; eight grandcats and one granddog; his brother, Steven (Lisa) Gale; three nieces; and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Gale.

Mike will be forever loved and remembered by all who knew him.
