Michelle R. Mamot, 48, passed away February 19, 2013 in California. She was born January 23, 1965 in Manila, Philippines to Patrico Mamot and Macedonia Rivera. Michelle was a physical therapist for many years. She is survived by her parents; a son, Darren (Sara) Mamot; brothers, Pat, Art (Connie), and Tony (Mel) Mamot, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 1:00 PM, Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. S.R. 135, Greenwood, IN.46143. Visitation will be Friday March 1, 2013 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home, with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Entombment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
