Mildred L. "Mickie" Skaggs, 91, of Indianapolis, passed away February 3, 2012 in Mooresville, Indiana. She was born April 17, 1920 the daughter of the late James P. and Hazel N.(Alberts) Shelby. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Harold M. Skaggs. Mildred is survived by her children, Richard L. (Patricia) Skaggs, Barbara Hubner; sisters, Betty Hagan, Deloris Leigh and Arloa Dooley; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 28, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home.
