Minnie Dare Allen Beach died May 20, 2007 A former resident of Indianapolis, Minnie had lived in Elkhart for the past several years. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Frank William Beach, sons Alton Gary Beach , John Franklin Beach, and James Beach Daughters Edna Louise Carter, Kay Francis Boucher and Linda May Timbs. She is survived by Daughters Mona Jeanette Gammon(Larry) of Elkhart, Sherry Chapell(Tim) of Indianpolis, Rose Mary Diaz(Angel) of Elkhart and Iris Juanita Beach of Lakeville Mn, sister Pauline Walker of Morganton NC. She is a cherished grandmother and great grandmother Minnie was born in Lenoir NC January 7, 1922 to John Franklin Allen and Etta Mae Greer Allen. She retired from St Francis Hospital where she worked in the emergency room for 25 years. Minnie loved music. She played the guitar and sang. She was also an accomplished artist and sold many of her paintings in Indianapolis
