Myrtle B. Hernandez, 73, of Indianapolis passed away March 27, 2014 at her residence.

Born September 22, 1940, in Manchester, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Eva (Jarvis) Bundy.

She was a caregiver, owner and operator of child day cares for many years.

Myrtle is survived by four sons, Don, Randall, Bobby and Bo Webb; four brothers, Bill (Ink) Bundy, George (Cheryl) Bundy, Teddy (Connie) Bundy and Ernest (Deb) Bundy; a sister, Helen Morris; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Ronald Jarvis and Charles Morris; sister, Nanette Keller.

Funeral Services will be 12:00 pm Tuesday April 1, 2014 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South S.R. 135, Greenwood, Indiana 46143.

Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 pm Monday, March 31, 2014 at the funeral home.
