Nancy Anne Ballinger passed away April 16, 2024. She was born on July 28, 1933, to Benjamin and Margaret King in Streator, Illinois.
Nancy was third in her graduating class of 1951 at Mississinewa High School in Gas City, Indiana. She held various positions in her careers such as working with Ernie at Ballinger & Associates, President of the PTO at Indianapolis Public School #11, Loan Officer at First Indiana, and Realtor with Re/Max. She loved to sit in the sunshine on her patio with all the beautiful flowers, birds and friends in Indiana and Florida.
Nancy is survived by her daughter, Debra (Bob) Brizendine, Palm Shores, FL; granddaughters Jacquelyn Marie Ballinger and Valerie Renee Ballinger, Indianapolis, IN; Olivia Chase Brizendine, Palm Shores, FL; Rick King, Rapid City, SD; Sister-in-law Carolyn Ballinger, Gas City, IN; Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Great-Great Nieces, Great-Great Nephews… and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Ballinger, son Gregory Ballinger, parents, Margaret and Benjamin King, brothers Benjamin King and Bobby King, and sister Jeannie Rhoten. Nancy will be laid to rest with Ernie and Greg at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Greenwood, IN.
