Nancy Jane Gorman, 73, of Greenwood passed away September 23, 2018. She was born August 18, 1945 in New Castle, IN to Virgil DeVon McClain and Martha Angalene (VanGordon) McClain.

Jane was the nicest person you'd ever meet. She enjoyed reading books, shopping on QVC, watching the Hallmark channel and her soap operas like Days of Our Lives. Jane worked for the phone company for 28 ½ years and taught Sunday school for 27 years. She was a good wife to David Gorman for 48 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil McClain and Angalene McClain.

Jane is survived by her loving husband, David Gorman; sisters, Angalee Shepherd and Lura Anne (Darrell) Shock; nieces and nephews, Robyn Zeigler, David Shepherd, Brian Shock and Brad Shock and her loving canine companion, Eli.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm with a funeral at 1:00 pm in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
