Nancy J. Collins, 73, of Indianapolis passed away December 4, 2013. She was born September 7, 1940 to the late Albert and Mary (Crouch) Hedding

She is survived by two sons, James M. (Teresa) Collins and Timothy J. (Kimberly) Collins; sister, Barbara Gray; three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, James O. Collins.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 11, 2013, 10:30 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood with visitation, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens
