Nancy I. Hoy, 77 of Indianapolis passed away February 23, 2020. She was born in Danville, IL to the late Thomas and Virginia Cleland. Nancy is survived by her son Stephen (Bonnie) Hoy, grandchildren Evan Hoy and Natalie Hoy; and sister Carol Whitaker.
