Naomi V. Pettit, 84, of Greenwood, died September 12, 2008 in Minneapolis, MN. She was born on April 6, 1924 to Floyd S. and Ora M. Stockrahm Anderson. She previously was employed as an senior accounts payable assistant for the Eli Lilly Company. She was a member of the New Hope Church of Greenwood, IN and enjoyed reading, crocheting and playing cards. She is survived by her children: Janis (Richard) Stallings, Connie (Charles) Perry, Todd (Whitney) Pettit, seven grandchildren: Shaun and Chad Perry, Matthew, Aaron and Alyson Boarman, Michaela and Emily Pettit and seven great grand children. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband: William Pettit, two brothers: David and Ralph Anderson, one sister: Sara E. Query. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 19, 2008 at Forest lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. St. Rd. 135, Greenwood. Visitation will be on Thursday, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
