Obituary

Naomi E. Frost Skiles Walker, 98 of Indianapolis passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. She was born to the late John and Artie Frost.

Naomi worked at RCA and IU Med Science where she helped in research and dialysis research. Known to many for over two decades as the “Avon Lady”. She took pride in her awards winning dedication and the loyalty of her customers.

Naomi loved spending time with family and friends, playing BINGO and was a lifelong member of Charity Tabernacle. In her younger years she sang and played guitar.

Naomi is survived by her children Rita Walker and Breland (Trish) Walker; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sisters Betty Toudouze of Texas and Jewel Johnson of Martinsville, Indiana; son-in-law Jerry Richard; two daughters-in-law Mickey Skiles and Natalie Skiles and generations of nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by both parents; 1st husband Richard Skiles; three children Sherry Skiles Richards, Ricky A. Skiles and Shelton D. Skiles; 2nd husband Albert L. Walker; seven siblings Stanley Frost, Mason Frost, Paul Frost, Donald Frost, Jack Frost, Beulah Moch and Grace Sipos and a grandchild Jerry lee Richards.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 11, 2026 from 11:00 am until the time of service at Charity Church at 2700 South Tibbs Ave, Indianapolis. Funeral Service will begin at Noon at the church. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 10:00 am.
