Nellie Mae Read, 87, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away June 30, 2013.
She was born September 1, 1925 in Bedford, Indiana to the late Paul and Clarabelle (Smith) Schreiber. She married Harlie Read on March 11, 1942, he preceded her in death.
Nellie Mae was a homemaker and also worked as a PBX Operator, Cashier, and Waitress. She is survived by a son, David (Allona) Read; a daughter, Cathie Silcox.
And three grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday July 9, 2013, 2:00 PM
At Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Greenwood. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to time of service at the funeral home.
