Nora Ruth Mason, 78, of Kissimmee, Florida, formerly of Greenwood, passed away April 7, 2015. The daughter of Elmer S. C. and Mildred A. Brown Beasley, Nora was born May 11, 1936 in Bethpage, Tennessee.

Nora was a member of the Church of Christ in Kissimmee and in Franklin. For 10 years, she worked in collections with Sears at the Greenwood Park Mall, retiring in 1995. She loved to crochet and cross stitch and was an avid basketball fan, especially of Indiana University and the Indiana Pacers.

Nora is survived by her husband, David A. Mason of Kissimmee; son, Tim Mason of New Whiteland; daughter, Malissa Scott of Kissimmee; brothers, Billy W. Beasley of West Virginia, Elmer G. and Ronnie D. Beasley, both of Greenwood; sister, Evelyn F. Wilson of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, David A. Mason, II of New Whiteland and Lauren G. Scott of Kissimmee.

Funeral services 1:00 p.m. April 15, 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call one hour prior to the funeral services. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
