Nora B. Morelock, 94 of Indianapolis passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Arthur and Maddie Crawford on Dec 10,1930. Nora loved The Lord and she loved spending time with family. She also loved to garden and her favorite time of year was Spring time so she could show off her Mother's Day flowers that hung on her porch every year.  Her house was the envy of Morris Street with her flowers on display for all to admire. She raised her seven children with pride and a firm hand and she was the queen of her family. And she was also loved by so many that were not related to her.  She was a fiercely loyal and loving woman and she was a hard worker in everything she did.  She will be dearly missed!
Nora leaves behind seven children: Steve Morelock, Stanley Morelock, Ronnie (Tamatha) Morelock, Sue Templeman, Kathy Zimmerman, Randy (Jamie) Morelock and Pam (Mike) Clemens ; 19 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by both parents, her husband Rufe Morelock in 2001, 13 siblings and a daughter-in-law Jenny Morelock.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 11:00AM until the time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 1:00PM at the funeral home. Nora will be laid to rest next to her husband Rufe at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
