Olive Marie Cummick, 78, of Indianapolis, died Tuesday, September 8, 2009. Olive was born to the late William and Millicent Surber Mathis in Farmington, Michigan on July 31, 1931. Olive had worked at Garrison Drug Store. Olive married James E. Cummick on March 29, 1950 and he survives. Also surviving are two sons and daughter in-laws: Larry & Jan Cummick, and Andy & Susan Cummick. Two daughters and son in-laws: Linda & Doug Nies, and Peggy & Tom Ward. One sister: Ernie Hansen. Ten grandchildren and one great-grandson. She is preceded by one sister Donna Streling. Private service was held at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road Greenwood, IN 46143. Memorials may be given to the Susan B. Koman for the cure.
