Oma G. Watson, 85, died March 3, 2008 at the Altenheim Community in Indianapolis. She had been a resident of Indianapolis since 1953. She was born in Robbins, TN on March 10, 1922. Oma had been employed as a press operator at RCA Records in Indianapolis for 21 years, retiring in 1975. She is survived by her husband, J.B. "Jack" Watson of Indianapolis and three sons: Ron (Marilyn) Watson of Brooksville, FL, Ben (Kay) Watson of Greenwood, IN, Larry (Connie) Watson of Riley, IN, seven grandchildren: Kara (Chris) Roll of Itasca, IL, Drew (Shannon) Watson of Cincinnati, OH, Jamie (Dan) Brodnax of Annandale, VA, Joe Watson of Washington, D.C., Jeff (Dena) Watson of New Whiteland, IN, David and Brian Watson of Riley, IN, and seven great grandchildren, two brothers: Glen Griffith of Oak Ridge, TN, Clem (Nora) Griffith of Brookville, OH. She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 7, 2008 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. St. Rd. 135, Greenwood with the Reverend Bob Anderson officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday, from 1:00 until time of service.
