Opal Louise Ruddick, age 75, of Indianapolis, passed away March 20, 2011. She was born May 31, 1935 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Robert and Florence (Sweazey) Wolfe. Opal married James L. Ruddick on July 28, 1989. She loved to knit, watch TV and spend time with her family. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Opal is survived by her husband, daughters, Debra Haney, Tamara (Dennis Wilson) Whitaker and Mary Hicks; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Jack A. Wolfe. There will be no services. Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, Indiana.
