Patricia A. McDowell, 67, resident of New Whiteland, passed away on January 11, 2008 at Kindred Hospital Greenwood. She was born on March 30, 1940 at Harrisburg, IL to the late Roy Armstrong and Clyo Hart Armstrong. She married her loving husband LeRoy McDowell for 52 years who survives. Patricia is survived by her two sons Gary and his wife Rhonda, and John and his wife Crissy and 4 grandchildren Jason, Brandi, Colby and Connor. Patricia was a member of the American Legion Women Auxilary Post 252 , VFW Post 6978 and she enjoyed crafts . She especially enjoyed her grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 15, 2008, 4-8PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood.
