Obituary

Mrs. Patricia Ann Rusher, of Trafalger, Indiana, passed away on the early morning of Saturday, August 8, 2020. She was 95. Patricia was born February 28, 1925 in Lawrence County, Indiana, a daughter of the late Harry C. and Zelda M. (Anderson) Armprister.

Patricia attended Linton High School in Linton, Indiana and was a member of the graduating Class of 1942. Just after graduation, she was employed at Mallory Corporation in Indianapolis for five years assisting with the war effort of World War II. Patricia was a member of the Greenwood Chapter #390 Order of the Eastern Star and was a 70-year member of the Mount Auburn United Methodist Church in Greenwood. In her leisure time, she enjoyed baking, camping with her family and sewing.

Patricia is survived by her son, Jim (Emily) Rusher; her grandchildren, Joshua Rusher, Ryan Rusher, Justin Rusher and Brittany Rusher; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Harry Robert (Rochelle) Armprister as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by her loving husband, Paul Webster Rusher; a son, John Rusher and a brother, James Armprister.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.

For those choosing to make a memorial contribution, the family has suggested those be offered to the Mount Auburn United Methodist Church, 3100 West Stones Crossing Road, Greenwood, IN 46143.
