PATRICIA A. STULTZ
Patricia A. Stultz 67, a resident of Indianapolis passed away early Friday at St. Francis Beech Grove Campus, Patricia was born February 1, 1940 in Plainfield, IN to the late Ovid and Cecil Stutz. Patricia is survived by her two sons Rob (his wife Nancy Stultz) and Tim Stultz; two brothers Charlie Stultz and Phillip Stultz . Patricia is preceded in death by her sister Annabelle Hoss. Funeral service will be held on October 15, 2007 at 1:00PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135,Greenwood. Visitation will Sunday, October 14, 2007 from 4-8 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society and the Alzheimer''s Foundation of America and the ALS Foundation. www.forestlawncemetery-fh.com
