Paul Martin, Bargersville, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. He was 76 years old. Paul was born in Morgantown, KY to his parents George and Selina Martin. Paul married his wife, Carol, in 1971 and together they shared 52 years of marriage together.
Paul worked as a custodian for Center Grove High School and retired after over 25 years of service. Paul enjoyed driving his Trans Am and admiring other fine cars in his free time. He also enjoyed mowing his lawn and taking care of his land with great care. Paul liked to watch both Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune with his wife, Carol, every evening. Paul loved his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren deeply and will be dearly missed by those who knew him.
Paul is survived by his wife, Carol Martin; his children, Chris Martin, Derek Martin, and Dawn Martin; his grandchildren, Austin Chaney, Brittany Martin-Chaney, Jerrod Savage, and Rylan Martin; his great grandchildren, Maleah Lashbrook and Gema Lashbrook;  his siblings, Raymond Martin, Andrew Martin, Phillip Martin, Leah Martin, and Maurine Short; his several nieces and nephews.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents; his grandson, Braydon Martin; his brother, Victor Martin.
A visitation for Paul will be held on Saturday April 22, 2023 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The funeral service will be on Saturday April 22, 2023 at 12:00 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens at 1:00 pm.
