Paul E. Myers, age 90, of Whiteland, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the Indiana Masonic Home in Franklin. He was born July 11, 1926 in Indianapolis to William and Maude Myers. He was a U.S. Army and Naval Reserve veteran of WWII. Paul was a member of Greenwood Masonic Lodge # 514 and was an avid fisherman and stamp collector. Paul loved to garden and to travel.

Paul married the former Uldine Lawson on July 12, 1956 and she preceded him in death on April 9, 2015. He was also preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers and 3 sisters. He is survived by his daughters, Judith (Larry) Kizer of Whiteland and Sandy (Paul) Jackson of Greenwood; sister, Pauline Chartrand of Indianapolis; grandsons, Eric Jackson and Jay and Matthew Kizer; great grandchildren, Tori and Bella Jackson and Haley, Alex, and Lexie Kizer.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with military honors and burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
