Paul W. Rusher, 88, of Greenwood passed away May 28, 2014.
Born November 26, 1925 in Hymera, Indiana he was the son of the late Noble and Catherine Rusher. Paul was raised by Oliver and Beulah Marshall.
He was a graduate of Linton - Stockton High School and a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard / Merchant Marines. On November 21, 1945 he married Patricia "Patsy" Armpriester in Linton, IN. Paul worked as a welder for the Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis until his retirement in 1987.

He was a member of Mount Auburn Methodist Church in Greenwood, Past Master of Greenwood Masonic Lodge F&AM 514, member of the Scottish Rite, and the Murat Shrine in Indianapolis.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Rusher; a son James (Emily) Rusher; two brothers, Bill and James Marshall; four Grandchildren, and six Great - Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents;; a son, John Rusher; a brother, Gordon Rusher; two sisters, Evelyn Porter and Alta Rose Rusher.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday May 31, 2014 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. S.R. 135, Greenwood, IN. Friends may call from 4:00 - 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to The Indiana Masonic Home, 690 State Street, Franklin, IN 46131.
