Paul Straub Sr., 81, of Greenwood, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2007. He was born June 11, 1925 to Otto and Lena Straub. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Straub and his brothers, Donald and Lee Straub. Mr. Straub attended the Christ Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was a proud veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Navy, on the U. S. S. Cabot. Paul is survived by his sons, Paul Straub Jr. (Darla), Dave Straub (Wendy), and Jeff Straub (Gloria); daughter, Wendy Gray; 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marilyn Hacker. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 24, at 11:00 AM in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood. Visitation will be Wednesday May 23 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
