Phelia B. Lotshaw, 93, of Morgantown, IN., passed away March 4, 2013 in Columbus, IN. She was born February 23, 1920 in Moss, TN to Davis W. and Laura (Strong) Mabry. She married Jewell Lotshaw in March of 1942, and he preceded her in death. She is survived by three daughters, Barbara (Joe) White, Bonnie (Mark) Stocklin, and Susie (Mark) Dole; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Davis Lotshaw, nine brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be Thursday March 7, 2013, 1:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Greenwood, with burial to follow in Concordia Cemetery, Indianapolis. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
