Philip W. Logan, 49, of Indianapolis died Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Philip was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 23, 1960. Philip had worked in service at Methodist Hospital. He served our country in the US Army as a MP. Surviving are his parents: George and Juanita Mullins Logan. Two sisters and brother in-laws: Kathy and Randy Shostrand and Patty and Bracken L. Rork. One brother in-law: Rick Johnson. Two nieces: Amanda Baker and Laura Day. Three nephews: David Shostrand, Jeremy Johnson and Bracken M. Rork. Five great-nieces: Jessica Baker, Morgan Baker, Kyra Mullins, Courtney Shostrand and Bailey Day. Seven great-nephews: Jeremy Johnson Jr., Tyler Day, Landon Day, Jacob Day, Jacob Mullins, Benjamin Shostrand, and Blake Baker. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM Friday, January 8, 2010 till time of service at 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Jubilee Full Gospel Church, 1006 S. Laurel Street, Indianapolis, IN 46203.
