PHILLIP L. SMITH Phillip L. Smith, 45 passed away at his home Friday August 24, 2007 at his residence. Phillip was born in New Castle, IN to Donald and Sarah Smith. His loving wife Virginia survives. Phillip attended Bluff Creek Christian Church. Phillip is survived by his father Donald Smith; his wife Virginia ; two step children David Tsareff and Donna Lubbe; two brother Bill and his wife Deidre Smith and Larry and his wife Jana Smith and one sister Janice Rose. Phillip was preceded in death by his mother Sarah Smith.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN . Visitation will at the funeral home 5:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bluff Creek Cemetery, Greenwood, IN.
