Phoebe Lucinda Bartley, age 69, of Mooresville, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 with her loving family at her side. She was born July 27, 1946 in Washington, IN to Floyd W. and Phoebe L. (Smoot) McWilliams. She received her AS degree in Nursing from Methodist School of Nursing and her BS degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. She loved traveling, shopping, reading, scrapbooking, genealogy, and spending time with her family.

Phoebe married Brady Bartley on August 12, 1967 and he survives her along with her son, Eric Bartley of Indianapolis; daughter, Melissa (Tony Pullen) Higgins of Greenwood; sisters, Abby McWilliams of Chicago, Beck McWilliams of Gainesville, GA and Sherrell (Richard) Niemeyer of Indianapolis; brother, Jim McWilliams of Cape Canaveral, FL; grandchildren, Denali and Landen Higgins; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 16 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Memorial contributions may be made to The Little Red Door Cancer Agency.
