Prentis Wilber Coop Jr. passed away October 15, 2019.  He was born July 27, 1942 to Prentis Coop and Emma (Roddy) Hobson in Glasgow, KY.  Prentis was a proud Navy veteran and a retired IFD fire fighter.  He was a member of the Whiteland High School Group, the NRA, the Old Neighborhood, Vintage Thunderbird group, and past president of the Tavern Association.  Prentis is survived by his sisters, Sue Dunham, Vickie (Don) Harper, and Debra (Steve) Wurster; step mother Virginia Willard Coop; 4 nieces and 3 nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father, Wilber Coop; and mother and step father, Emma and Clem Hobson.
