Ralph V. "Vic" Line, Jr., age 85, of Ellenton, FL, formerly of Indianapolis and North Vernon, passed away October 10, 2015. Vic was born September 1, 1930 in Indianapolis to Ralph V. and Melissa J. (Cook) Line. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, a member of the American Legion and he had worked in the printing industry for many years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church. He was quite the dancer and had given dance lessons when he was younger. Vic was an avid golfer and he loved to spend time with his family.
He married the former Bernice Alexander in August 1960 and she survives him along with his daughters, Cindy Line, of Kansas City, MO and Starla (Brian) Steuerwald of Brownsburg; brothers, Norman Line of Indianapolis, Verle (Jenny) Line of Greenwood, and Chuck (Darlene) Line of Kokomo; grandson, Dean V. Steuerwald, of Brownsburg; 2 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Vic was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Larry Line.
A Celebration of Life memorial will be held Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at the Ben Franklin Mausoleum of Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
