Randall "Randy" Frank Hendricks, 81, of Southport passed away Saturday, March 7 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He was born September 28, 1938 in Indianapolis to Lionel and Marjorie (Snyder) Hendricks.

Randy was married at the tender age of 16 to his sweetheart, Marilyn Meyncke. Together they raised two wonderful children.  He worked for Chrysler for 24 years before retirement.  After Randy retired he enjoyed fishing and hunting with his friends and son, Gary, and going to car shows.  And more recently, he would meet with his "old geezer" friends from high school once a month.  Randy loved his family and spending time with them.  He will be missed.

Randy is survived by his wife, Marilyn; children, Gary (Tonya) Hendricks and Brenda (Ronnie) Viewegh; grandchildren, Jason (Teresa) Viewegh, Christie (Jason) Caldwell, Shawna (Shawn) McIntosh and Chad (Sarah) Hendricks; great grandchildren, Lake and Miranda Viewegh, Jared Caldwell, Parker Hendricks, and Bryce McIntosh; and three nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brothers, Dennis and Dana Hendricks.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 11 from 3-6 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home, with service to follow at 6 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Rifle Association or the charity of your choice, but your presence with the family is enough.
