Reagan Darlene Moore, age 33, of Avon, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015. She was born April 24, 1981 in Indianapolis to David A. and Sharon D. (Miles) Moore. Reagan was a graduate of Plainfield High School with the Class of 1999. Reagan worked as a Production Co-Ordinator for Fiserv. She was an avid Colts fan, and animal lover who enjoyed spending time with her nephews, niece and family. She was a very loving and giving person who will be missed by all who know and love her.

Reagan is survived by her mother, Sharon; brothers, Michael (Maria) Snyder and Jerrold Allen Snyder; sisters, Rachel Irene Moore, Daphne Hall and Sharon Moore-Prouty; 4 nephews and 1 niece. Reagan was preceded in death by her father, David.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with visitation on Saturday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
