Regina Lynn Dean Phillips, 68, passed away March 20, 2013 at her Indianapolis residence. The daughter of George and Wilma Dean, Regina was born February 12, 1945 in Indianapolis.

She retired as an administrator with the Indiana Department of Revenue. Regina was a member of West Newton Worship Center.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. March 23, 2013 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.

Survivors include her son, Robby L. Phillips of Indianapolis; brother, Wilbur Dean of Mooresville; grandsons, Willy Phillips and Robby Phillips, both of Sterling City, Texas. Besides her parents, Regina was preceded in death by husband, Perry Lee Phillips.
