Regina Marie McClure, Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023. She was 77 years old. Regina was born in Ohio to her parents, Charles and Iva Provo. Regina married her husband, Ronald "Ron" McClure on February 23, 1963 and together they shared 58 years of marriage until Ron passed away on September 23, 2021.
Regina worked as a Supervisor for Long's Bakery and retired in 1990 after 8 years of service. Regina grew up raising her brother and sisters in both Ohio and Florida. She worked a variety of jobs throughout life to help support her family. Regina loved to play BINGO and try her luck at the casino. She enjoyed playing solitaire and crocheting in her spare time. Regina loved listening and dancing to her favorite music; she was a lifelong Elvis Presley fan. She made every effort to give herself to her family and the memories created will be cherished by those she leaves behind.
Regina is survived by her children, Tina (Jim) Cook, Debra Matatt, and R.J. McClure; her grandchildren, Shane Palmer, Justin Palmer, Jessica Clark, Jacob Matatt, Jamie Matatt, Armani Monroe, Destiny, Dakota, and Dailey; her great grandchildren, Gracelynn, Saydee, Landon, Dalton, Braxton, Carson, Avery, Madelyn, Isabella, and Abigail; her siblings, Sonny, Dallas, Sheila, Jaris, and Herbie; her several nieces and nephews.
Regina  is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ron; her great granddaughter; her step great granddaughter.
A visitation for Regina  will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 12:00 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens at 1:00 pm.
