Rex Mardis, 49, of Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010. His great passion in life was riding his Harley Davidson. Rex was a machinist who enjoyed his work and was also a member of the Murat Shrine. Survivors include his parents, John and Ollie Mardis; his loving wife, Debi Mardis; one son, Kevin Ryan Mardis; one step-daughter, Dawn Albright; one step-son, Seth Sanders; one sister, Angie (Kenny) Hughes; four grandchildren, Ava Mardis, Taylor Sanders, Kayla and Daylan Albright. Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. in Forest Lawn Funeral Home with a service immediately following.
