Rhonda Kay Eby, Indianapolis, IN, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. She was 75 years old. Rhonda was born in Indianapolis, IN, to her parents, Willey and Alvie Bishop. She graduated from Manual High School and attended the University of Indianapolis, where she graduated with an Associate's degree in computer technology. Rhonda married her high school sweetheart, Larry Eby, on March 29, 1968, and they shared 57 loving years of marriage together.
Rhonda worked as a data base administrator for Electronic Data Systems for ten years and later served her family as a homemaker. Rhonda was of the protestant faith and regularly felt God's presence impacting her life. Rhonda had a big heart and was an enormous animal lover; she raised a variety of creatures throughout her life. Rhonda cared for and raised numerous cats, dogs, lizards, and rats, but her favorites always remained her guinea pigs. She also loved to crochet and complete word search puzzles during her free time. Rhonda loved to spend time with her family to share a diet coke and a laugh. She will be remembered for her outgoing personality, kindness, and her reputation as a "good noodle." She will be dearly missed and forever cherished by those she leaves behind.
Rhonda is survived by her husband, Larry Eby; her daughter, Kelly (Patrick) Willison; her 9 grandkitties; her 2 granddogs.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents; her infant son, Nathan Eby; her brother, Manley Bishop; her several treasured pets; her special furbaby, Sofia the guinea pig.
There will be no services at this time.
