Richard Dale Bray's Obituary
Richard Dale Bray, Sr., 76, of Indianapolis, passed away September 3, 2012. The son of Wilbur and Edna Sentney Welty, Richard was born September 6, 1935 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
A graduate of Indiana University, Richard served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was a retired engineer with Conrail.
Survivors: sons, William T. (Elizabeth) Bray of Georgia and Richard D. (Jennifer) Bray, II of Fortville; daughter, Karen L. Bray of Indianapolis; nine grandchildren; one great granddaughter. Besides his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl L.(Neel) Bray and son, LeRoy Bray.
Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. September 6, 2012, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135.
