Richard Henry Brehob of Indianapolis passed away Friday, November 14, 2025. He was 92. Richard was born in Indianapolis on June 3, 1933, son of the late Frank and Pauline Brehob. Richard graduated from Manual High School and became an entrepreneur, running his own businesses for many years. He and his late wife, Marlene Brehob, were members of Garfield Christian Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, traveling throughout the U.S., and sharing time with family and friends. Richard is survived by his dear sisters Nadine, Phyllis, and Paulette (Jim), sister-in-law Marcia (Jack), his daughters Denise (Gary & Christy) and Cara (David), his step-sons Mark (Leary) and Kevin, his step-daughter Pam, three grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren, as well as a large extended family. In addition to his parents and his wife, Richard is preceded in death by his son David Brehob, granddaughter Stephanie Daprile, and brothers-in-law Ronald Rohlfing and Randy Turner. Open casket visitation for family and friends will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Friday, December 12th at 11:30 am, with closed casket funeral services conducted at 1:30 pm. He will be interred following the services at 2:30 pm at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
