Richard W. Christian, age 58 of Indianapolis, died on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital Beech Grove. He was born May 19, 1951 in Beech Grove and he was the son of Richard E. and Alice I. Christian. He was married to Cecilia Sledge. Survivors include his wife, sons Richard E. Christian and James E. Christian; daughter Darlene (Tommy) Eaton. Richard also had six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Steve Christian. Services will be at 1:00pm Friday, July 24th at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 South State Road 135 in Greenwood, IN. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the funeral home.
