Richard A. Coffey 79, of Beech Grove, IN passed away June 10, 2019. He was born in Indianapolis to the late Louis and Effie Coffey. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Donna Coffey; children Richard (Julita) Coffey, Jr., Shelly (Randy) Burba, Kim (Tom)
Stonebraker, Tim (Karen) Coffey and Angela Coffey; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brother Jack Coffey, and nephews Mke, Herb, and Rick Coffey. He was preceded in death by a daughter Velvet Ann Coffey; 3 brothers and a sister. The family would like to thank granddaughter Ashley Swank who was by his side tending to his every need over the last few months.

Richard was Action Equipment's first employee, first service technician, and first service manager.  He will be remembered for his 25 years of dedication to Action and its customers, for his playful spirit, his uncanny ability at making bank shots off the rafters of the warehouse and his love for his family and his faith.  We will miss the wry smile and quick wit but rejoice that his pain is now over and we will always cherish the time we spent with him.

Visitation will be held Friday June 14th from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Forest Lawn
