Richard E. Jones, 91 of Indianapolis passed away December 16, 2006. He was born January 6, 1914 in Bedford IN to the late Elmer & Nancy Jones. Richard retired from the Railroad and was a Mason. He was preceded in death by his wife Gene Jones. Survivors include sons Grover (Jill) Upton and Thom (Helen) Upton, daughters Nancy Tearney and Ellen Hall, 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Friday Dec 22 at 11 AM in Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. St Rd 135 Greenwood. Family and friends may call from 4-8 PM on Thursday Dec 21 at the funeral home.
