Richard Harold Low passed away April 19, 2020. He was born June 18, 1944 to Jack and Fannie (Wrenn) Low.  Richard married Jan (Moorman) Low on January 18, 1974 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Richard in the Army Reserve.  He enjoyed going to Wolf Park.  Richard is survived by his daughter, Amy (Steven) Polach, step children, Kelte Fallowfield, and Kimberly Skellams; brother James Low, and grandchildren, Tyler Polach, Gavin Polach, Cooper Polach, Kaylin Polach, Collin Prentice, and Kanyon Fallowfield.  He was preceded in death by his wife Jan Low; his parents, Jack and Fannie Low.
